When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, company (if given) and your message. We also receive basic technical data needed to serve the website, such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
We use contact data to reply to your request and, where you ask, to discuss our programs and services. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host the website and send emails. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, and request portability by writing to incubou@incubou.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
